The method involves reducing a traffic field (101) according to a criterion about an existing direct connection from traffic nodes (106, 107) to another node. An effect of reduction is evaluated according to a criterion that consists of whether data emission from all nodes and the data immission in all nodes take place without mutual restoring of emission and immision processes. The traffic field is reduced if the criterion is fulfilled. The reduction is terminated if the criterion excludes any retention of reduction of the connection. An electrode of organic LED is electrically controlled. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for providing data of a function supported over a data record.
