摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceramic powder for a green sheet which can be subjected to low temperature firing at &le;900&deg;C, further has excellent dielectric characteristics in a high frequency band (microwaves and a millimeter wave band), is low in hygroscopicity and obtains a low temperature-fired ceramic substrate less in warpage and wrinkles when being co-sintered with silver-based conductor paste. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic powder for a green sheet includes glass powder and alumina powder. The glass powder contains, by weight, 35 to 39% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 9 to 17% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 21 to 40% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10 to 20% R'O (wherein, R' is at least one selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca and Ba), 0.2 to 2% Li<SB>2</SB>O and 0.5 to 2% MO<SB>2</SB>(wherein, M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti and Zr), the whole is 100%, and the center particle diameter of the alumina powder is 1.3 to 5 &mu;m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
