PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device equipped with a labyrinth seal for reducing a foreign matter intruding amount. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device to be installed on the vehicle outer side is equipped with a sealing device 8 to seal the bearing inside against the outside and is structured so that one end face 2a1 on the vehicle outer side of an outer ring 2a is positioned facing the side face 3c of a hub flange 3b, wherein the sealing device 8 has a metal core 8a to be fitted by pressure in the inside surface of the outer ring 2a, and the metal core 8a is furnished with an inner flange part 8e extended out by being folded toward the inner ring 2b located inside from the vehicle outer side of a core cylindrical portion 8c to be fitted by pressure in the inside surface of the outer ring 2a, and in the inner flange part 8e, an axial lip 8b is formed whose forefront is directed toward the hub flange 3b, and a labyrinth seal part 10 is formed by the forefront 2a4 of the axial lip 8b and the side face 3d1 of the hub flange 3b.
