PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring fitting device adapted to easily fit a coil spring in a short period of time with a simple operation. SOLUTION: When the fitting device 13 is attached to a fixing member 11r and a rotary lever part 17b is rotated, a push-out part 17d pushes out a feeding part 18, a holding part 14 advances, and a retreat prevention part 19 prevents the holding part 14 from retreating. By repeatedly rotating the rotary lever part 17b, the holding part 14 intermittently advances, and the holding part 14 advances to a position where a release lever part 19a and a stopper part 14c come in contact with each other. As a result, the elastic force of the coil spring 11m is adjusted to a proper range by fastening a fastening nut 11q to male screw parts 11u. After an operator fastens the two fastening nuts 11q to male screw parts 14d of a fixing volt 11n by using a wrench, the holding part 14 is retreated by rotating the release lever part 19a.
