SOLUTION: For that purpose, this marine main engine cooling facility has a heat exchanger arranged in a ship and exchanging heat between seawater and fresh water, a cooling fresh water circulating pipe for circulating the fresh water cooled by the heat exchanger in the ship, a fresh water bypass pipe connected to the cooling fresh water circulating pipe and bypassing the heat exchanger and a fresh water temperature adjusting valve. The marine main engine cooling facility has a main engine lubricating oil cooler connected to a fresh water supply line and cooling lubricating oil of the main engine, and a main engine air cooler connected to a low temperature fresh water supply line of the cooling fresh water circulating pipe between the fresh water temperature adjusting valve and the heat exchanger and cooling combustion air supplied to the main engine.
