<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a high voltage to an insulative sealed vessel having a conductive content, and to rapidly and accurately determine whether a leakage exists. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a method for inspecting the leakage of the sealed vessel, the high voltage is applied to a to-be-inspected object 12 for sealing the conductive content. A received signal as a current flowing in the to-be-inspected object 12 is A/D converted. It determines whether the leakage exists or not. After the A/D conversion, a minimum value filtering process is implemented so as to remove a discharge noise.
