PURPOSE: An antenna structure of a RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) transponder is provided to reduce directionality of a radio signal by using a foldback circuit. CONSTITUTION: An antenna body(10) is arranged on a non-conductive antenna base(40). The antenna body has a joint and an antenna unit. A foldback circuit(30) is arranged in the antenna body. The foldback circuit has an opening corresponding to the interval of the joint. A RFIC(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit)(50) is installed in the opening of the foldback circuit. An insulating layer(20) is formed between the joint and the foldback circuit of the antenna body.
