An ultrasound activator-mixer includes a sealed container mounted on shock absorbers, and a torus-like membrane located it with holes along the contour of a magnetostrictive transducer rigidly and centrally fastened from its lower side, and shut-off distributing valves. It contains a container mounted on shock absorbers, which is formed by a lid with a central inlet nozzle equipped with a plug valve, and a bottom with a central outlet nozzle equipped with plug valve, between which by means of a circular sealing and shock-absorbing pads a disc-like membrane with holes is horizontally located, which passes into a centrally located toroid-shape membrane with holes, on central part of which from the top a conical shaper is rigidly and centrally secured with a clearance to the toroid-shape membrane, and to its lower side the magnetostrictive transducer is similarly fixed. To the disc-like membrane from the same side an additional half-ball membrane with a central hole is similarly secured, while the holes of toroid-shape membrane are located along the contour of magnetostrictive transducer. |
