<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polynucleotide sequences and polypeptide sequences associated with cancers especially with oncogenes. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided isolated nucleic acids containing at least 10 continuous nucleotide selected from the group consisting of polynucleotide sequences from hR U-001 to hR U-013 and complements thereof, host cells containing the recombinant nucleic acids, expression vectors containing the isolated nucleic acids, host cells containing the expression vectors, and a mico-array detecting cancer-associated (CA) nucleic acids containing at least one probe containing at least 10 continuous nucleotide of sequences selected from the group consisting of polynucleotide sequences of hR U-001 to hR U-013 and complements thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
