<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform search processing quickly even if a tremendous amount of flow information is stored. <P>SOLUTION: A flow information processor includes: a receiving part for receiving flow information or a search request; a memory device for storing the received flow information; a search part for searching for the flow information stored in the memory device based on the received search request; a transmitting part for transmitting a result which the search part has searched; a flow information storing part for temporarily storing the flow information which the receiving part has received; and a searching information generating part for generating searching information from the flow information stored in the flow information storing part when a predetermined condition is satisfied.
