PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attenuation of radio waves inputted to and outputted from a tag reader writer. SOLUTION: An endoscope tag 48 is provided at the operation part 33 of an endoscope 12 set to a metallic washing tank 14. A tilted surface part 37b is provided at the inner wall surface 37 of the washing tank 14 positioned near the operation part 33 set within the washing tank 14. In the tilted surface part 37b, a notch hole 54 is formed. To the notch hole 54, an R/W unit 49 consisting of a reader writer (R/W) 51 for the endoscope tag and a holding member 52 holding thereof is attached. The holding member 52 holds the reader writer (R/W) 51 for the endoscope tag while inserted to the notch hole 54. Between the reader writer (R/W) 51 for the endoscope tag and a circumferential part of the notch hole 54, a predetermined space is secured. Therefore, the radio waves inputted to and outputted from the reader writer (R/W) 51 for the endoscope tag are prevented from straying into the washing tub 14, so that the attenuation of the radio waves is prevented.
