The invention relates to the devices for air classification of bulk materials in horizontal air jet and can be used in mineral processing, construction materials, agriculture and other industries. A pneumatic classifier of bulk material contains fans that form a side stream of air, a classification chamber with a louver grille and a front wall, a loading device in the form of bunkers, a vertical channel with a lateral hole for air passage, which is connected through a duct with the suction holes of fans and unloading bunkers with rotary partitions. At the same time, in the upper part of channel is made a nozzle with a chamber combined with the bunker and connected with a side air duct, and in front of the chamber of nozzle a fan is mounted which is connected thereto by its force part. In addition, in the upper wall of the classification chamber downstream of the of the vertical channel a hole is made with a louver grille in its cross section combined with additional channel above the chamber and the distant wall of discharge hopper is made with possibility of closing the duct section between the wall of the bunker and the front wall of the chamber of classification. The invention improves the efficiency of classification by increasing output and possibility of use of bulk classified material with higher initial moisture content. |
