发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC PRECISION SPHERE BY HYDROCASTING
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a ceramic precision sphere or a precursor thereof by molding and fixing a ceramic powder into a precision spherical shape. <P>SOLUTION: The production method for the ceramic precision sphere is carried out by preparing an aqueous slurry including ceramic raw materials, a gelatinizer and a coagulant to coagulate in a coagulation liquid; quantitatively discharging and dispensing the slurry into a molding liquid which is left to stand, whereby the slurry is molded to a precisely spherical shape through leaving it to the surface tension and the precisely spherical shape is retained by simultaneously gelling thereof; and fixing the precisely spherical shape by dipping the shape-retained slurry gel in the coagulation liquid. The apparatus for producing the ceramic precision sphere is also provided. The production method for the ceramic precision spheres each having a uniform shape, is carried out with ease, saves consumption of raw materials and requires a low budget. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
