<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology for simplifying an anti-vibration structure in a handle of a rotary working tool. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary working tool 101 has a working tool body 103, a tip tool 115 disposed to the working tool body 103 to apply a predetermined processing operation to a workpiece by rotary movement, and a handle 109 coupled with the working tool body 115 at a predetermined initial position and extending in the longitudinal axial direction of the working tool body 115. The handle 109 can relatively rotate with respect to the working tool body 103 in an optional direction crossing with the longitudinal axial direction of the working tool body 103 using a coupling area 121 to the working tool body 103 as a rotary fulcrum.
