PURPOSE: Shoe having cooling device with-in is able to reduce inside temperature of shoe by installing cooling system with circulating refrigerant inside of shoes, improves health of foot and condition of body, does not infect bacteria like athletes foot etc. by decreasing deflation of sweat. CONSTITUTION: The shoe having cooling device with-in comprises front compressive part(A) to be installed in the internal bottom of shoe, formed to compress refrigerant in one side of front side; first expansive valve(B) to be expanded compressed refrigerant in the front compressive part; back evaporative part(C) to take around heat by expanded refrigerant from the first expansive valve(B); back compressive part(D) to be connected with the back evaporative part(C); second expansive valve(E) to be expanded compressed refrigerant in the back compressive part(D); front evaporative part(F) to take around heat by expanded refrigerant from the second expansive valve(E); closed circuit to move refrigerant from the front evaporative part(F) to the front compressive part(A).
