PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display apparatus with a touch panel is provided to integrate a touch sensing unit to a liquid crystal panel through additional mask process. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display apparatus with a touch panel comprises a first(110) and second(120) substrate, thin film transistor array(115), touch sensing unit(140), color filter array(125), and liquid crystal layer(130). The first and second substrates face each other. The thin film transistor if formed on the first substrate. A touch sensing unit contains a first transparent organic insulation film between plural X electrodes and Y electrode and X electrode and Y electrode. The color filter array is formed on the touch sensing unit.
