FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to designs of quick operating shutters of pressure vessels. The quick-operation shutter consists of a cover arranged on thread in a case, of a packing element and of a shutting device. Bushes of brackets are secured on diametrically opposite sides of the threaded part of the cover. The shutting device is made in form of strips one ends of which are immovably joined with fingers movably arranged in the bushes of the brackets. According to the first version the shutting device is made with two rods, one of which is hinged with a circular claw with a flexible coupler, one end of which is pivotally connected with a pin installed parallel to an external side of the threaded part of the cover and rigidly tied with the second ends of the strips forming a vertex of the equilateral right-angle triangle, while the second end is joined with the second rod. According to the second version the shutting device is equipped with the flexible coupler, one end of which is hinged to the pin installed parallel to the external side of the threaded part of the cover and rigidly tied with the second ends of the strips forming the vertex of equilateral right-angle triangle, while the second end is connected to a device for flexible couple tension, for example a winch. ^ EFFECT: upgraded tightness of shutting by means of increased compression force effecting packing element. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
