TOOL FOR PROCESSING SEAT AND GUIDING BUSHING OF VALVE

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool consists of at least two separate tools connected between them with a precision matching device. The first of the said tools contains at least one geometrically determined cutting edge and is designed for processing the seat of the valve. The second separate tool contains at least one geometrically determined cutting edge and is designed for processing the guiding bushing of the valve. The precision matching device is made in form of a short conic connection and has the first end surface on the first separate tool and the second end surface on the second separate tool arranged perpendicular to the middle axis of the tool and adjoining each other. The first separate tool is made out of steel. The second separate tool is complex and has two sections. The first section of the second separate tool is made out of hard alloy and is conjugated with the precision matching device. The second section of the second separate tool is made out of more flexible material, than material of the first separate tool and has at least one cutting edge of the second separate tool. ^ EFFECT: decreased wear of tool. ^ 20 cl, 3 dwg
