PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an radio frequency card using a fingerprint recognition sensor are provided to prevent the operation of a system by checking whether a user is authorized person or not. CONSTITUTION: An RF card controller(200) controls the transmission of ID by sensing a fingerprint of a user. An RFID tag(210) receives electromagnetic wave transmitted to a system and transmits the ID to the system according to the control of RF card controller. A fingerprint sensor(220) recognizes the fingerprint of the user according to the RF card controller. A local communications unit(230) transmits the fingerprint of the user to the system under by the control of the RF card controller.
