<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation range control device of a vehicular lamp that controls an irradiation range in the optimum condition for each driver, despite the difference between drivers' characters or driving operation or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: a lamp unit 2 capable of changing the light irradiation range; a lamp unit control section 11 that detects traveling condition, applies this to a control map 12, (13), and controls the radiation range of the lamp unit 2; an analyzing section 14 that analyzes a driving characteristic of a vehicle driver from the detected traveling condition; and a map correction section 15 that corrects the control map 12, (13) based on the analyzed driving characteristic. A driving characteristic of a driver who drives a vehicle is analyzed by detecting the actual traveling condition of the vehicle. The optimum control of the irradiation range of a lamp unit corresponding to the traveling of the vehicle driven by the driver is enabled by correcting the control map as a reference for controlling the irradiation range of the lamp unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
