PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lens unit and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to improve heat resistance, and to mass-produce the lens unit with a desired curvature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lens unit comprises the following steps: combining a lower mold and a mold base with a combining unit(S100); injecting a photo-curable resin composition into the inside of the mold base(S200); pressurizing the photo-curable resin composition using a hold pressure apparatus(S300); radiating ultraviolet rays using an ultraviolet generating apparatus to the photo-curable resin composition through an upper mold(S400); separating the upper mold, and collecting a lens array substrate from the inside of the mold(S500); and forming multiple lens units after cutting the lens array substrate(S600).
