PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for managing the location information of an internet terminal are provided to map dynamic information to build and manage the location information of an internet terminal, thereby providing a customized personal service for an internet terminal. CONSTITUTION: A static information obtaining unit(221) obtains static information for each port of network facilities. A dynamic information obtaining unit(222) obtains dynamic information allocated to an internet terminal. A location information managing unit(223) maps static information on the dynamic information. A location information storage unit(224) stores the mapped information.
