<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid drop of work speed of a hydraulic actuator due to reduction of pump flow rate following rise of pump delivery pressure when load increases in a working machine equipped with the hydraulic pump driven by an engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This system is constructed in such a manner that a suction side pressure of the hydraulic pump 1 can be pressurized by hydraulic pressure supplied from an accumulator 5 by connecting the accumulator 5 to a suction side line 4 of the hydraulic pump 1, and is provided with a control valve 8 opening and closing a hydraulic pressure supply oil passage 6 from the accumulator 5 to the suction side line 4 in such a manner that opening can be adjusted, and a control part 9 controlling the control valve 8 according to the load.
