PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring about a high moisturizing effect and a curative effect for skin while providing a skin state which is non-sticky and excellent in makeup applicability in skin care. SOLUTION: A first aqueous cosmetic containing 9-12 mass% of glycerin is applied to skin, and thereafter a second aqueous cosmetic containing 1-4 mass% of glycerin is applied to the skin.
