<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device for enabling a user to efficiently view only scenes in games with sport videos. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The video processing device calculates respective display times of two input sections on a time display area about the two input sections having telop areas in videos, determines whether the two input sections are a series of scene sections on the basis of the two display times, and outputs the two input sections determined to be the series of scene sections as a continuous output section.
