<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake duct having high sound reduction effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The intake duct 10 includes a tubular body 1 including an intake passage 17 therein, a vent hole 2 opening to a part of the tubular body 1, and a thin film part 3 comprising thin film 5 covering the vent hole 2. The thin film part 3 has a non-circular cross section shape and is retained on an outer circumference surface side of the tubular body 1 in such a state that internal stress is generated in the thin film 5.
