PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing with good productivity and good molding properties a polyurethane resin generating no volatile amines and hardly suffering deterioration in properties and to provide a catalyst composition used therefor. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the polyurethane resin, an amine compound bearing at least one primary amino group and at least one tertiary amino group in the molecule and a tertiary amine compound bearing at least two hydroxyalkyl groups in the molecule are jointly used as an amine catalyst. |
