PURPOSE: A photographing method of a mobile communications terminal with a camera module and a photographing device thereof are provided to prevent a photo taken before the motion of a subject is finished from being stored by determining a blurring phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device of a mobile communications terminal with a camera module includes a control part. The control part produces a current frame by photographing a subject(S94). The control part determines generation of blurring on the current frame(S96). When the blurring is not occurred, the control part measures motion variation of the current frame(S98). The control part compares the motion variation and the reference variation(S100). The control part stores the current frame as a photo file when the motion variation is bigger than the reference variation(S102).
