The method involves realizing a string constituted of independent strands (A), and inserting a strand blocking device (B) in a frame of a racquet, where the strands are threaded at an interior of the strand blocking device. The strands are maintained by the blocking device and protected from friction on edges of an opening of the frame, where the tension of the strands is assured by a traction system. An independent claim is also included for a device for stringing a racquet used in a tennis and badminton.
