PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-setting fluorine compound having good compatibility with non-fluorine organic compounds and maintaining good properties as a fluorine compound.

SOLUTION: There is provided a fluorine-containing acrylate orα-substituted, fluorine-containing acrylate represented by formula (1) [wherein (a) is an integer of 1-4; b is an integer of 0-3; c is an integer of 1-4; e is an integer of 2-8; d is 0 or 1; R1is polyalkoxyalkylene; R2groups are each independently a hydrogen atom, methyl or the like; Rf is a perfluoropolyether residue; and Z is a bivalent organic group].
