PURPOSE: A condensation inhibitory pipe for PVC cooling plumbing is provided to completely control the frost formation by dually sealing from the external environment. CONSTITUTION: A condensation inhibitory pipe for PVC cooling plumbing comprises an external layer(1), a central layer(2) and an internal layer(3). The central layer is made of PVC 100 parts by weight, complex thermal stabilizer 3~6 parts by weight, reinforcing agent 1~1.5 parts by weight, glass bubble 5~20 parts by weight, foaming agent 1.5~3 parts by weight, and lubricant 1~4 parts by weight. The reinforcing agent mixed in the external layer, internal layer and central layer is made of one from the MBS, acryl, and butadiene group.
