<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein conventional voltage generating circuit could not fully suppress the ripples of the output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage generating circuit comprises: a plurality of booster circuits 10 to 13 outputting an output voltage with respect to an output terminal OUT; a voltage detection part 30a monitoring the output voltage and detecting the output voltage, exceeding a predetermined voltage range and outputs a detection signal DN; and a control circuit 20a, including a register storing the number of the booster circuits to be activated, updating the value held in the register, corresponding to the detection signal DN that provides activation instruction to the number of booster circuits corresponding to the value held in the register. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
