<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance quality as paper of RFID paper. <P>SOLUTION: This RFID 10 has a base material 2, an IC chip 3 and an antenna conductor 4 provided on a surface of the base material 2, and a protection layer 5 for protecting the IC chip 3, and the base material 2 is provided with a penetrated-through part 6a penetrated through the RFID 10. Circulation of air or moisture in the paper prevented by the RFID is improved by this manner, by providing the penetrated-through part.
