<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper roll holder with which rolled paper can be cut by a hand. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paper roll holder is configured by a lid body formed from a lid portion and an extended portion almost horizontally extended from the end of the lid portion, a paper passage portion provided at the lid body to pass the rolled paper, a slip prevention member provided at the end of the extended portion, a core body to turnably support a given paper roll, and a holder to which the lid body and the support body are turnably attached and which is fixed to a wall.
