<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable planter having a capacity enough to house a large quantity of soil for cultivating vegetables like those in the field, highly rigid and enabling drainage to an optional place. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The planter is structured as follows: setting a wood frame with an opening at its upper end and including a bottom wall and side walls around the bottom wall; forming a waterproof layer made of fiber-reinforced plastic such as FRP at the inside surface of the wood frame; and forming a drainage hole passing through the face and back of the waterproof layer formed at the bottom wall and the inside surface of the bottom wall.
