<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably comply with regulations by managing time to enter and leaving a room during restricted hours for young people so that burdens on a shop assistant is reduced, because when he/she responds to the late-night restricted hours for the young people, it is separately necessary to identify their age at a counter and to manage their time, which results in the large burden on the shop assistant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A management system includes: a counter terminal for inputting the age and utilization time of a user at reception; a storing device for storing data of entrance-restricted hours based on the age; and a management server for setting room-exit time in reference to the user's age and the data of entrance-restricted hours and for informing the user that the room-exit time is in the entrance-restricted hours if the room-exit time is within the range of the entrance-restricted hours.
