PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gum massaging brush designed to sufficiently massage even soft portions of gums without hurting them. SOLUTION: A brush section 12 of this gum massaging brush includes lower-hardness protrusion bristles 13a formed on the outer area of a flat base section 12a and higher-hardness protrusion bristles 13c, compared with the bristles 13a, formed on the inner area. When the brush is applied to gums for massaging, the softer protrusion bristles 13a massage marginal portions, thereby preventing any hurt on the gums. In addition, since the height of the protrusion bristles 13c is lower than that of the protrusion bristles 13a, a recessed space is provided in the brush section where a massage gel is likely to be held longer, contributing to a greater massaging effect.
