<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength bolt jointed structure capable of improving durability without applying treatment on a friction surface and without strengthening a high-strength bolt. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bolt hole 18 of a jointed member 11(10) inserted with a shaft part 14a of the high-strength bolt 14 is formed to have bearing hole parts 18b, 18c in which the diameter is gradually contracted as it goes inward in the thickness T direction of the jointed member 11(10) for forming the hole surfaces in tapered shapes. Splice plates 12, 13 are provided with bearing parts 20 bent at concentric bending parts 21 positioned outside a bolt hole 19 in the radial direction and fitted to the bearing hole parts 18b, 18c. A pair of the jointed members 11(10) and the splice plates 12, 13 are fastened by the high-strength bolt 14. The bearing parts 20 of the splice plates 12, 13 are pressed by washer members 16, 17 so as to press the bearing parts 20 to hole surfaces of the bearing hole parts 18b, 18c of the jointed members 11(10).
