<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump-type spraying mechanism which can utilize a pump-type sprayer in an automatic atomizer using a dry battery. <P>SOLUTION: The pump-type spraying mechanism consists of a pump cylinder 13 connected with a dipping tube 12 at the lower edge, a hollow piston 10 which reciprocates within the pump cylinder 13 and a poppet 14 which opens and closes the seat 10h of the lower edge of the piston 10. When a plunger head 11 is pressed downward, the piston 10 and poppet 14 are transferred downward. Thus, a pump chamber 20 is compressed and the seat 10h is released. Then, a content fluid within the pump chamber 20 is sprayed to the hollow path 10p of the piston 10. A pressure regulating valve 25 which is energized to the jetting mouth 30 side by a coil spring 26 so that it can reciprocate is arranged within the path continuing from the hollow path 10p of the piston 10. Thus, sprayed mist into the piston hollow path 10p is temporarily stored and the inner pressure is elevated. Then, the pressure regulating valve 25 releases the path and the content fluid of a fragrance and the like is sprayed from the jetting mouth 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
