<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shaping method in which a high-precision light shaping model can be shaped in a short time, in the light shaping method for forming a model provided with a support part and outline part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the light shaping method, one or more layers in which only an outline peripheral part 1b of a three-dimensional model is drawn and hardened are formed, on which one layer in which a support part 2, an inner part 1a of the outline, and the outline peripheral part 1b are drawn and hardened is formed, and these steps are repeated and they are laminated, and when drawing the support part 2 and inner part 1a of the outline, the drawing is performed with light having intensity to harden a resin by depth of a layer in which only the outline peripheral part 1b is drawn.
