PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to spread bactericidal gas even to a part where a shelf board and shelf support make a contact with each other. SOLUTION: A culturing device including the shelf board for loading cultured materials, shelf support for holding the shelf board approximately horizontally and a plurality of shelf supporting poles for holding the shelf support approximately horizontally inside a culturing chamber for circulating the bactericidal gas in sterilizing is characterized in that the shelf support is present and extended in the direction of leaving from each of the side surfaces of the culturing chamber and has a pair of loading pieces for loading both side ends of lower surface of the shelf board, and the pair of the loading pieces linearly contact with both side ends of lower surface of the shelf board, when the shelf board is held approximately horizontally to the shelf support.
