The present invention relates to a pipe joint assembly for connecting underground pipes by connecting the ends of two pipes (18)(18') buried underground. The pipe joint assembly of the present invention includes a foam sheet (12) formed by arranging two hot wire panels (26)(28) in the lengthwise direction between sheets (22)(24) of metallocene polyethylene mixed with a foam agent and combining the two hot wire panels (26)(28) with the sheets (22)(24), a support sheet (14) made of polyethylene and which has a length the same as that of the foam sheet (12), and an interior buried with a mesh sheet (38) formed of a cord yarn mesh or a metal mesh, and a tightening band (16) formed by a mesh structure of metal mesh, both ends of which have loops (42) into which joint rods (52) are inserted and tightened by bolts (48) and nuts (54). The tightening band (16) is combined with the foam sheet (12) and the support sheet (14) to tighten the foam sheet (12) and the support sheet (14) to the circumferences of the ends of two pipes (18) (18') to be connected to each other. |
