PURPOSE: A garnish integrated tailgate handle structure is provided, which makes failure rate minimized in the assembly by fixing the tailgate handle on the panel. CONSTITUTION: A garnish integrated tailgate handle structure comprises a housing(20), a handle lever, and a tailgate handle. In the housing, a constant space is formed and an opening is formed downward. The handle lever is hinge-coupled in the inner structure of housing so that one end can be connected to a bar and the other end can be accepted inside the housing. The tail gate is opened and comprises a garnish(10) mounted on the tail gate panel. The tail gate panel is equipped with a recess portion in which the front side of the garnish is exposed and installed.
