CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) accumulates a distributer, an adapter(420), and a connector. An extending tray(120) extends optical cables excepting a distribution optical cable built in a first optical cable. A cover(130) forms a discharge part through which a subscribe optical cables are leaded outside. A rubber member(140) forms a plurality of guide holes between an extended hole at a lead-in opening and an extended hole of the discharge part.
