PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zipper tape that excels in cutting performance of a cutting portion and is easily openable, and also to provide a packaging bag with the zipper tape. SOLUTION: A sealing base 33 is continuous with one of the base strips 22 of the zipper tape 20 so as to be thinner than a thick portion 224A but thicker than the thick portion 224A via a cuttable strip 32 for separating a storage space 15 and outside, and can be jointed to the internal face 10A of a bag 10. The cuttable external face 321 of the cuttable strip 32 and the sealing external continuous face 333 of the sealing base 33 form a first continuous portion 30 having a first corner (a). The cuttable storage face 322 of the cuttable strip 32 and the sealing storage continuous face 334 of the sealing base 33 form a second continuous portion 31 having a second corner (b).
