PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has increased degree of biomass and has substantially the same performance as that of the conventional decorative sheet of a petroleum-based plastic, in developing the decorative sheet having a high degree of biomass for reducing the load on the environment. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet made by piling up at least a picture ink layer 2, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 5 and a surface protective layer 6, in this order, on a thermoplastic resin base material 1, the transparent thermoplastic resin layer is composed of a polylactic acid-based resin which is subjected to hydrolysis resistance treatment, by at least an end-capping agent reactive with a carboxy group, the decorative sheet as a whole has 25 wt.% or more for the degree of biomass, and the thermoplastic resin base material is a polyolefin-based resin.
