<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling confirmation mechanism capable of displaying a coupling completion state with an easily visible size when two members are coupled to each other and preventing erroneous indication of the coupling completion state. <P>SOLUTION: The coupling confirmation mechanism has a lock member 10 for maintaining the coupling completion state of the two members and a means for allowing a user to visually confirm the coupling completion state. The mechanism further has a pipe 2 having a protrusion and a connector 1 to be coupled to the pipe 2. The connector 1 is provided with a coupling indication member 8 installed in a housing 6 while being urged in one direction. When fastening of the pipe 2 to the connector 1 for coupling is completed, the coupling indication member 8 is released from the urging force and moves, and as a result, the completion of the coupling can be visually confirmed through the connector 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
