PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for a dissecting room, which prevents the diffusion of formaldehyde so as to clear the legal management concentration, and efficiently performs ventilation without simply increasing the amount of the ventilation. SOLUTION: The ventilation device for the dissecting room with a dissecting table 10 arranged therein includes: a frame shape ventilation box 20 which is arranged in a hollow frame shape to surround the whole periphery of the dissecting table 10, and where a plurality of suction ports 21 are formed in the upper inner sidewall, and a plurality of discharge ports 22 are formed in a lower inner sidewall; a confluent chamber 30 arranged in the lower part of the dissecting table 10, connected to the frame shape ventilation box 20 via a plurality of ventilation tubes 35 corresponding to the plurality of discharge ports 22, and performing the confluence of contaminated air; a discharge duct 40; an air discharge blower 50; a rectifying box 60 arranged in an upper part such as the ceiling 16 of the dissecting table 15, etc.; and an air supply blower 65 for supplying fresh air so that the amount of the air to be supplied to the inside of the dissecting room 15 is equal to or exceeds the amount of discharge with the discharge blower.
