<p>A post upper section 13 is joined to a post lower section 11 by respective connection portions 23, 21 of bent, preferably curving, configuration so that a main portion of the upper section 13 extends generally parallel to but offset from a main portion of the lower section 11. The bent connection portions have a common axis in central section 14 lying generally perpendicular to the respective main portions. The connection portion 23 of the upper section 13 is rotatably adjustable relative to the connection portion 21 of the lower section 11 about the common axis in order that the upper section 13 of the post may be lowered.</p> |
