PROLIFERATION METHOD OF PINUS DENSIFLORA USING SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS

PURPOSE: A method for breeding Pinus densiflora using somatic embryogenesis is provided to obtain Pinus densiflora having same characteristic and have transgenic technique for planting Pinus densiflora having strong insect resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for breeding Pinus densiflora using somatic embryogenesis comprises: a step of culturing immature seed of Pinus densiflora and inducing and proliferating embryogenic tissue; a step of inducing somatic embryo from the proliferated embryogenic tissue; a step of germinating the somatic embryo to differentiate to plant body; and a step of transplanting the plant body. A medium for inducing embryogenic tissue by culturing immature seed contains 2-4% of sucrose, 0.1-0.3% of gelrite, 700-1300mg/l of L-glutamine, 1.0-3.0mg/l of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, and 0.5-1.5mg/l of benzyl adenine purine in LM medium.
